Please control the delivery to verify that it is accurate and error free and contact us immedeately if there is a complaint.


If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immideately report this to us.


You may change or return your merchandise within 14 days upon receival. Returned goods must be unused and in new condition. The shipping fee for returned merchandise is the customers responsbility.

If you want to change to a different size, color or another item that we have in stock, we will ship the new merchandise as soon as original purchase is returned to our office.

If you want to return your purchase, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the product only, and not the original shipping and handling fee.

If the merchandise is ruined or used, it will not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with return.


When exchanging defective product for a new, the defective product shall be returned, before a new item is shipped. Shipment fees are paid by us. If the product is no longer in stock, you may choose to receive another item of similar value or be reimbursed the total cost (including shipping and handling).


Remember to pack the merchandise well, since you are responsible for the shipment back to us. We are not responible for lost returning packages. We recommend you use a traceable mail service. Packages sent from outside Sweden has to be clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs charges. The Leluma Design Shop Store is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
